Custody

Locked by design.

The cage constrains the manager, not you — it can trade, nothing else.

HYPERLIQUID
✓ THE MANAGER CAN

Trade

Whitelisted markets on Hyperliquid, enforced on-chain. That is the one door.

✗ THE MANAGER CAN NEVER

Withdraw your funds

The cage has no path out to any wallet. Deposits can only leave to you.

✗ THE MANAGER CAN NEVER

Raise their permissions

Roles are fixed on the Safe. The manager can’t grant themselves more.

✗ THE MANAGER CAN NEVER

Move assets elsewhere

Only the venue — never an external address. Every route but trading is walled.

Questions

The honest answers.

Can Vaultomate run off with my money?
The manager never can — their key only places trades. And no one person here can either: moving money out needs 2 of 3 independent signers, on audited Lagoon rails. Stronger than trusting one key — and every rule is on-chain, so you can verify it.
Can the manager steal my deposit?
No. A manager's key can trade whitelisted Hyperliquid markets and nothing else — it has no path to send funds anywhere. We adversarially test that cage on-chain before any vault goes live.
How do I know a track record is real?
It's read straight from the chain, not reported to you. Every number — share price, each trade, drawdowns, fees — links to the transaction behind it. Nothing self-reported.
What fees do I pay as an investor?
Only the manager's performance fee — charged on a high-water mark (new highs only), set between 0 and 30%. No management fee. Every fee is shown before you deposit.
Is my money locked up?
No lock-in — your shares are redeemable. Withdrawals settle at the next daily NAV settlement, so a short wait, not a lockup. Your capital stays yours throughout.
